Enabling utilisation of our website content

Personal data voluntarily provided by you

Contact forms, e-mail and post

When you voluntarily submit personal data to us such as names, title, e-mail or postal address, phone numbers, personal messages, etc. via contact forms on our websites, or via e-mail or other mail, we will store and use this information for the purposes of providing the particular service requested (e.g. sending the information requested, answering technical or other queries, responding to your website feedback).

Application form

You can use an application form on our website to apply to carry out activities (e.g. a job, dissertation, training) at ESS. We will pass on any personal data provided by you via the form (including document attachments) to the company advertising the position. This is for the sole purpose of implementing the application procedure. Once we have forwarded your personal data, we will delete it immediately. The company advertising the position will delete this information within six months of conclusion of the application process. In each case, this applies on the condition that there is no legal obligation to store the data for a longer period.


If you have registered for our newsletter, you will regularly receive information about the company Easy Sanitary Solutions and its brands Easy Drain, Container and Mirror. These include newsletters with information about products, webinars, stories, etc.. The content of the newsletter can be personalised and tailored to your interests. This personalisation is based on the information you share with us. You can quickly and easily unsubscribe from these newsletters. Dealer Locator

Via the dealer search system you can contact the dealer you selected directly through their website. We don’t store any personal data in this process. We identify the closest dealers on yours IP address. You can then contact the dealer you selected by its websites.

Use of personal data

Without your express consent, we will only use your personal data within the limited scope of the legal powers for marketing purposes. You will not be contacted for marketing purposes (excluding our newsletter) without your express consent. We process and use the following personal data that you have voluntarily provided to us for marketing purposes on the basis of and within the scope of the legal powers:
Group of persons to which you belong (e.g. your capacity as a customer or interested party of Easy Sanitary Solutions), name, title, professional, branch or company name, address, e-mail details, telephone number and year of birth.

Your personal data will only be used for advertising purposes without your express consent within the strict limits provided by law. You will not be contacted via e-mail or phone for advertising purposes without your express consent. Based on and within the scope of our legal powers, we process and use the following personal data voluntarily provided by you to the degree required (1) for the purposes of advertising our own services or (2) to transmit this data to affiliates (being companies that directly or indirectly control or are under common control with ESS. For the purposes of advertising our own services, in addition to this information we also store and use any other data that we have legitimately obtained. Where we transmit the aforementioned data to group companies associated with us for their advertising purposes, these companies are legally obliged to inform you that they have obtained the data from us (through a notice to this effect in the promotional material, etc.).
In such cases, we store information about the source and recipient of the data for a period of two years. You may object to the use of your personal data for advertising purposes at any time.

Information about your usage behaviour

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (‘Google’). Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. With regard to the discussion on the use of analysis tools with full IP addresses, we would like to point out that this website uses Google Analytics with the extension ‘_anonymizeIp()’ and therefore IP addresses are only processed if they have been abbreviated to exclude direct inference to persons.

Retention of data
